The free sound effect you get via the newsletter subscription has special licensing terms: Basically, the SFX Single-use license applies. However, the sound effect is limited to be used for personal web use with a maximum audience size of 10.000. TV, radio, broadcast, film, theatre, physical copies and downloads of an end product using that sound or any commercial purposes are prohibited.
